Hi Emanuele,
We understand how frustrating the delay has been for Bad Karma. As LR554 mentioned, there have been additional steps involved to prepare this fulfilment to ensure it is ready to ship. DHL has now signed off on the shipments, and the final paperwork and data changes have been completed as of today. We expect Bad Karma to be ready for fulfilment shortly. Once ready, the picking station will be prepared.

I’m not sure if I’d rather be in your shoes…
I got a tracking number for the frosthaven stuff exactly 6 weeks ago, and the tracking link is STILL not active, despite them claiming they’ve finished it up a week ago…
… but at least my ticket hasn’t been responded on for 22 days
