EU Fulfilment Update - 19th December
Greetings to one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update!

Unsettled 2 - Orange Nebula
The fulfilment of Unsettled // Orange Nebula is currently on hold due to the recent discovery of a manufacturing error. For further information, please see the recent Kickstarter update here.
Feralis: Obscure Land - Deer Games Studio
Dear backers of Feralis, after ongoing communication with the publisher, we have jointly decided to no longer fulfil EU orders. Disappointingly, due to budget constraints from the publisher, we are unable to proceed with the fulfilment of EU orders. Currently, we are still scheduled to fulfil UK and ROW shipments.
We have provided alternative solutions and advice that will help the publisher fulfil remaining orders, and we will continue to collaborate with the publisher, where possible, to ensure that there is as little disruption as possible to backers receiving their pledge.
Christmas Opening Hours and Fulfilment Blog Update:
We will be closed over the Festive Season. Our final working day will be on 22nd December and we will reopen on the 27th December.
Due to closures over the holidays, there will be no fulfilment blog on the 26th December and 2nd January. The fulfilment blog will return on 9th January.

Hey, I was wondering how the EU status is for Quest Calender?
Hey Kevin! Thanks for leaving a comment on this weeks blog. The majority of shipments have now been dispatched to backers of Lying Pirates, however fulfilment is still currently underway. Due to the time of year, and the high number of parcels couriers receive, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas, and would advise backers to keep an eye on their tracking in the meantime. :)

Hey Steve! We can confirm that HE.R.O has now reached port and is being processed through customs. Once released from port, HE.R.O will be delivered to to our warehouse. Once at our warehouse, it will begin to be processed and prepared for fulfilment in which times can vary. We will be closed for a number of days over the festive period, so fulfilment is now not expected to start after the festive break.

Dungeon Crusade is currently in packaging approval, which is part of the Project Data Analysis stage where we provide different packaging solutions for the publisher to approve, which will allow us to proceed to the next stage of the process.
