Good morning. I would like to know approximately how many days pass between the ‘Project Data Analysis’ and ‘Fully Dispatched’ phases. Thank you.
According to the latest (3rd July) Kickstarter update from Star Realms Rise of Empire, the shipment to EU/UK got delayed due to logistics problems. We were updated with the following timeline:
July- Finalizing shipment plan to both UK and EU. Boats depart China en route to warehouses.
Late August/September – Arrival of games to warehouses. Clearing customs in each region and fulfillment center processing.
I was wondering in which category is Star Realms Rise of Empire currently. Could you please confirm whether the games already arrived at your warehouses, since right now it’s Late August? Or is it still on the water?
Is the same boat also bringing the missing Sorcerer Endbringer items?
I am a UK backer of the Altered TCG, I have had an email request to update my address, you already have my correct address. Can you advise when you are hoping to ship my pledge. Many Thanks
