EU Fulfilment Update - 20th December
Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the new GamesQuest.co.uk website! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the EU Fulfilment Update. If you are located in either Switzerland or Norway, please check the UK & ROW blog for your blog updates.
Anyhow, just a reminder that any questions left will be answered on a Thursday over on GamesQuestions. If you have any questions make sure to get them in by 9am Thursday Morning.

Christmas Opening Hours and Fulfilment Blog Update
We will be closed over the Festive Season. Our final working day will be on 23rd December and we will reopen on the 28th December.
Due to closure over the holidays, there will be no fulfilment blog on the 27th December and 3rd January. The fulfilment blog will return on 10th January however, you will be able to follow fulfilment news over on our social media channels in the meantime.
There will be a final fulfiment update on the 23rd December over on our Facebook Page with the latest news of fulfilment complete and currently underway.

I keep checking my mailbox 15-16 times a day for EU:PoP tracking number, any advice on how to return to normal life? ;)
Can you give any specifics on the OSE fulfillment? Exalted Funeral says that the T-shirts are in your UK warehouse, but haven’t been entered into stock?
Here’s what they’ve emailed backers about the UK and EU fulfilments:
“We’re still awaiting a response from GamesQuest on what the status is / when shipping will begin. We requested and received proof of delivery from our shipper that the t-shirts arrived on November 22nd at the GamesQuest warehouse. This means all of the stock has been present for almost a month and has STILL not been booked into stock. Despite sending constant emails and requests for more information, we have yet to have a start date. Realistically it’s unlikely that fulfillment will begin until the new year now. We’re really sorry for the delay here, but rest assured we are hounding GamesQuest for information!”
Hi There, and a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all! I was wondering if there has been an update on Pops & Bejou’s Cultivate? They released an e-flyer mid-October estimating the games would be available by November 18, but it’s not been mentioned in any of your Fulfilment updates so I was just wondering if you had an ETA?
