Customer Service Update:
We are currently receiving a high number of support tickets. Our team is working incredibly hard to guarantee that all customer inquiries are answered. The current response time is now 18 working days. We would like to apologies the delay and for any inconvenience caused.
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. I don’t know if anyone here knows the “You hade one Job” Meme. But you are being paid to expertly deliver packages to people in Europe and you basically failed in every aspect of it. It started out with you being too busy to even start looking at the stuff that you are supposed to send out, which means you have bad project management because you take on more jobs than you have resources for. Then you pride yourself, that you are willing to interact with the community and that apparently is something we should be thankful for, however most of the information you give out is simply not true. It started by you saying you will start sending out VTM chapters on May 18th but then you didn’t. It continued with you saying that the tracking emails that got send out when the labels are created were send out by mistake and we get another mail with the real tracking when the package is actually shipped. That never happened to me, my old tracking link showed movement about 3 to 4 weeks after printing the label. Now multiple packages are stuck in customs, another discipline you should be good at, as you are providing a service to deliver packages into the EU from OUTSIDE the EU. To be honest, I wouldn’t even be surprised if I eventually got my package, open it and find another game in there because you mixed something up :(

Any news concerning the mosaic expansion (wars and disasters) , according to the dev fulfillement should happen mid july , seeing thats only 2 weeks away i would have hoped it be already on the blog
