Hello, I didn’t find anything on OSSARIUM PROJECT from Newyear Studios. What is going on about this project ?
Fool’s Gold and Humblewood orders have been marked as “shipped” two months ago.
HPP claims that the Humblewood one is a part of the 4th wave, because they had to make emergency reprints of old products (and they somehow didn’t know about the need for reprints untill the “new” products have already reached fulfillment centers), meaning my pledge might not even be fully produced yet.
They call that “standard procedure”, I call that a bullshit lie. There’s probably some form of fee for not meeting a deadline on a project that they wanted to avoid. Literally no other KS project I’ve backed has ever done that (apart from other HPP pledges, so the common problem is clear).
You are oblivious to anything existing past 2nd wave (which, supposedly, should’ve reached all backers this week at the latest, cause it’s no longer in the blog updates), and you’ve stopped replying to concerns, allegedly due to ALL of your employees attending a convention that ended over two weeks ago.
You keep referring us to KS updates, HPP keeps referring us to your updates. It’s an endless loop that gives absolutely no solid information.
WHEN will the parcels be ACTUALLY shipped? November? December? What year? After a month of complete silence, have some dignity and give us a solid answer.
