I know your are the company fulfilling Eleven for Portal and you have it on site as the below update from Portal states.
“UK: we are using Shipquest services – we are expecting to have everything sent out from the hub in the UK in the first half of December (this unfortunate delay is caused by additional paperwork related with duties)”
We are now fast approaching the middle of December and I am a bit perturbed that Eleven does not even on the list above.
Will it be with me by Xmas as it is a Xmas present. If not please can you give me an approximate date as you don’t seem to be give any information at the moment

what is “awaiting for additional stock” at Europa Universalis mean? :O

can you provide any news about the Endangered Orphans stock from the UK warehouse which should be received by the EU warehouse due to not having enough copies for all EU backers?
When can we expect the fulfillment to start?
