EU Fulfilment Update - 8th April
Thank you for joining us for another instalment of the EU GamesQuest board game Fulfilment Update.
Backers of The Gilded Realms: Due to an IT issue, which has now been resolved, we've been made aware that the address verification email triggered on Saturday, is only now being received by backers. This means that the deadline for changes has effectively passed however we will keep the software open until the end of the day on Wednesday 9th April for changes to be submitted. If you have any other changes to be made that fall outside of this request please raise a ticket with Customer Service Team.

@Alejandro Monge – I can see that you’ve confirmed your address with our customer service team. Thank you for this, we are currently awaiting confirmation of next steps from the publisher and we hope to be able to provide you with a further update soon.
I have a ticket open with you for the shipping of Vampire The Masquerade, it seems some information was needed but no one told me, anyways, information was provided April 4th, got a reply aknowledging you received it, and since then radio silence, no updates on nothing, its almost 1 month since you sent the address confirmation mail and I still have no info on when/if my game will be shipped or any information at all
@David Brochier – A member of our customer service team is working on your request which is why it is now locked for further editing. I’ve checked in with her and the requests have been approved and will be finalised tomorrow. You’ll receive an email tomorrow to confirm.
Hi. I need to change both the name and delivery address for Gilded Realms. However I am unable to do so…And the deadline is only a few hours away…
I contacted Sandtime (the editor) about the name change but nothing seems to have changed in your software…
