Customer Service Update:

We have recently discovered a technical error in our ticketing system that has affected a number of support tickets. The technical issue has now been resolved and we would like to apologise if you have not received a response to your enquiries.

Our customer service team are currently working on affected tickets and you should receive a response within 4-6 days due to the current high number of support tickets.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.
