Seriously.. stop making excuses. 1.5 month sitting on all those packages and now we have to hear that you guys done almost nothing? Literally I will hope never have to deal with this company again… whats next To take this much time and have almost zero info…..
This is actually the last time I will touch anything working with/via GameQuest.
And I will defintely make sure my social network wont. This, sadly, is an embarassment.
Frosthaven was delivered from Germany to the EU. Had it in my hands 3 weeks after the ship arrived in Germany.
@Aaron – Not sure if others are any better- I was waiting on Tanares fulfilled by Spiral Galaxy- it arrived at their warehouse in Jan. By April it was still there and they discovered there wasnt enough sent to fulfill all they buyers so we are now waiting on another ship from china with the missing product. by the time it arrives- I’m now thinking July, it will have been 7 months since the ‘finished’ product originally left China!!! FFS.
Vampire Chapters has now been in your warehouse for over 1.5 months. I’m not trying to be offensive, and I’m certainly not aiming any criticism at you directly, but is your company aware how poor your reputation has become? It took longer for those boxes to travel more than halfway across the world by cargo ship than for you to ship it to people living a few miles away. I’ve had the same experience with almost everything I’ve received from you. If you don’t do something – hire more people, get a dedicated project manager, make connections with more delivery companies, something – then you’re eventually going to start bleed market share, if you haven’t already.
