Thanks for the update, I hereby want to apologise for the criticism I’ve expressed. I can see now that my frustrations were misplaced.
I also agree with you that review bombing was a destructive impulse/idea of one of my fellow backers, which definitely went overboard.
I would love to see things happen more quickly but it looks like there is more patience in order.

First off, I’m sorry you’ve had to undergo negative reviews and personal attacks. Whilst I too have joined in with the sarcastic comments about putting boxes in boxes, I have also mentioned that I understand it’s not as easy as that. If any of your staff has taken that as a personal attack, then I’m sorry for that too I guess, but I stand by my frustration.
I do appreciate you opening lines of communication, you’re right that not many companies in your position would do the same, and I feel it can be a useful tool, if used properly.
I stand by my numerous statements that “project data analysis” doesn’t tell us, the average joe, anything. Communication is key, but to people not in the biz, you’re talking another language. You say that you’ve not received vital information from flyos, that’s great! We can use that, we can go to flyos and direct our energies at getting that sorted. I know that Hong Kong distributors mentioned that their emails weren’t being seen by flyos, so backer’s of those copies contacted flyos, and got it sorted.
Let us help you, and maybe these lines of communication will be shown to be an improvement to the system. Maybe change the minds of other fulfilment companies to do the same thing and we can build a form of community, like boardgames are supposed to!
Thank you for the video. It is a shame you had to make it. Trying to sabotage the company (reviews) and accusing people (lazy etc) is disgusting and I hope this video makes people think twice.
If I were you, I’d close the comments section as keyboard warriors will always be just that.
I’m sure you’re doing a great job with the information and stock available to you.
