Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.
Customer Service Update:
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. when it comes to project fulfilment, is it the small orders take priority over larger ones?
for example the borderlands KS has 3 tiers – core, true badass then ultimate ( all in ) would the core pledges be fulfilled before the ultimate ( all in ones) or will they be sent out all together?
also how long does a project stay in data analysis for usually?
