However, we can now confirm that fulfilment is now underway for Atlas. Once your order has been scanned into the couriers system, you will receive a notification email from us :).

How long does it take for something to move from Final Admin checks to Fulfilment? Im thinking specifically about the Atlas by Moonlight Maps?
Hi Simon! Thanks for leaving a question this week. The last of the Dark Tower orders were dispatched on the 13th November. The dispatch email is triggered once the shipment has been scanned into the carriers system. For this reason, we always say to please allow one week to receive a dispatched/tracking email. However, if you have any concerns for your order, please feel free to drop us a DM on our FB page @gamesquest and we can check that status of your order for you.

Hi Paul! Age of Rome is currently listed under final admin checks. It would seem it was out of format this week and hiding, but this has now been fixed 😊
