Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.
Customer Service Update:
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. We are happy to inform that our brand-new customer service representatives are on board and ready to help backers with their inquiries.
Although we continue to receive a large number of support tickets each week, we anticipate that the wait time will soon start to shorten. We appreciate everybody's patience during this extremely busy period.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduces its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.

Hi, thanks for the update on Aus orders. Do you have an eta on when they should be arriving in Australia? Ghost Galaxy have been quite terrible at giving people updates (they have been silent on anything apart from them doing events in the US since the start of July when they apparently shipping all of the orders).
Hello Shadowisw. Fulfilment was originally scheduled to start at the date previously listed by the publisher. We are currently in discussion with the publisher regarding the expected stock arrival and will provide further information as soon as possible.

Hello bbaangg and Aaee. The Asia and Australian orders are still currently on the water and at a different stage to the UK/EU orders. We have added this separately to the blog for you so that you can follow along for the latest updates and is currently listed under the Project on the water/In the air :).
