UK & ROW Fulfilment Update - 17th October
Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.
Customer Service Update:
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. We are happy to inform that our brand-new customer service representatives are on board and ready to help backers with their inquiries.
Although we continue to receive a large number of support tickets each week, we anticipate that the wait time will soon start to shorten. We appreciate everybody's patience during this extremely busy period.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduces its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.

Under normal circumstances, now we should have received a keyforge.
Of course, I think the delivery may have been delayed due to unavoidable circumstances.
But you delayed the delivery for too long, didn’t make any notice accordingly, and ignored the question comments.
My question is, has the current delivery status been delivered to ghost galaxy.
You guys and ghost galaxy are all saying nothing.
I wonder if this problem is not announced by ghost galaxy or if you guys don’t communicate the situation.
Hi. I have noticed that the Miniac Kickstarter has been removed from the UK/ROW update for the last couple of weeks but is still on the EU update. Are you able to shed some light on what is happening?
Hi Mihai,
If the item has not arrived with us at our address, then it would not be moved up to the next stage. It may be off the boat, but not with us yet.

My question on last week update was ignored.
Ghost Galaxy said Keyforge should be dispatched last week. Why keyforge(CN hub) is still in PDA? Where is my pledge? Attach Ghost Galaxy’s recent update.
“All Other Deliveries at or Near Completion
As mentioned in our last update, All other rewards been dispatched by the local GamesQuest hubs for local delivery. This means all non-Australian backers should have received a shipment confirmation email or have received their product.”
Hello GamesQuest team,
Regarding UNSETTLED, it’s impossible for it to still be under the “Project On The Water/In The Air” category, as the ship that has delivered it to the UK has left the port 3 weeks ago.
This is clearly miscatalogued and should be addressed asap. It’s either in the “Project Data Analysis” or “Final Administrative Checks” categories. If, by some wild mismanagement of resources and time, it’s still in the “Awaiting Project Arrival From Port” category please get in touch with the necessary authorities to get this project moving.
While we understand that some delays are expected, it’s literately impossible for it to still have the “Project On The Water/In The Air” status 3 weeks after actual delivery to port.
