Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.
Customer Service Update:
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. We are happy to inform that our brand-new customer service representatives are on board and ready to help backers with their inquiries.
Although we continue to receive a large number of support tickets each week, we anticipate that the wait time will soon start to shorten. We appreciate everybody's patience during this extremely busy period.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduces its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.

Hello Tom! Thanks for popping by this week. We have reached out to the publisher to see if they would like to be included on the blog. They have now confirmed so we have now added KeyForge to the blog, and it can be located under the on the water section :).
Hello nclshel. We are still currently stock checking and processing the stock that arrived from the stock transfer. Once fulfilment has started, we will also make a post across our socials to keep backers up to date. :)
Hello, Kenji. The Rectification kits are still currently on their way to our warehouse. We are expecting the rectification kits to arrive mid-August, which will then be processed and added to the fulfilment queue. We don’t have a fulfilment shipping date, but we hope the information above is helpful in the meantime. :)
