Hi Nicolas! Backers will receive a notification email once their order has been scanned into the courier system. We would always say to allow one week to receive a dispatched/tracking email of the project being listed as fully dispatched. However, if you do have any concerns about your order, please feel free to drop us a message over on our Facebook page @gamesquest and we can check the status of your shipment on the system for you. :)

Hello Guillaume! We are so sorry to hear that your parcel was lost on delivery. Our customer service team has currently expanded to help reduce the unusually high number of support tickets we have received over the last couple of months. However, there is still currently a delay in response time. We are sorry to hear that you are still awaiting a response and we have informed our team as 22 days does seem unusually long as our response time is now decreasing.
