UK & ROW Fulfilment Update - 24th October
Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.
Customer Service Update:
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this has negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. We are happy to inform you that our brand-new customer service representatives are on board and ready to help backers with their inquiries.
Although we continue to receive a large number of support tickets each week, we anticipate that the wait time will soon start to shorten. We appreciate everybody's patience during this extremely busy period.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduces its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.

Who are you using to send the Borderlands game in the UK, I’ve seen a post from someone in the UK saying theirs was delivered out the blue by Royal Mail.
They had no email or text telling them or provided with tracking info. If people are working or not home, they could have packages worth well over £100, that they have waited 2 years for stolen if the postperson leaves them at the door.
what about Unsettled? isn’t it supposed to be delivering very soon? I’m confused
Happy to see Unfair finally moving?! Got my email and hoping it moves to dispatch next week :)
same comment as above, I was definitely expecting Unsettled to be in the “fulfilment underway” section….. We know for a fact the ship arrived 3 weeks ago as they gave us the tracking of the ship so maybe you have too much on your plate and need to finish other fulfilments, fine, but be at least honest that you have the boxes….

Unsettled, from Orange Nebula, is definitely in the wrong category this week!
This is from today’s Kickstarter update:
“After much correspondence and triple checking to make sure everything is in order, we can confidently say that all i’s have been dotted, all t’s crossed, and the fulfillment process is officially out of our hands and passed fully to our partners in all regions! All that’s left now is for packages to start hitting trucks!”
“EU/UK:
Containers arrived a few days ago, backer data has been delivered. As they work through the orders they will be sending out address confirmation emails."
That means you already have the parcels in your warehouse and should be either under last administrative checks or fulfillment underway.
