Customer Service Update:
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. We are happy to inform that our brand-new customer service representatives are on board and ready to help backers with their inquiries.
Although we continue to receive a large number of support tickets each week, we anticipate that the wait time will soon start to shorten. We appreciate everybody's patience during this extremely busy period.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduces its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.

Thanks for leaving comments this week. We are still waiting for stock to fulfil the Switzerland, Iceland, and Norway orders. If you haven’t already we would recommend checking out Update #46 over on Kickstarter for further information. We will aim to update the blog to state when the orders are being dispatched to help keep you all in the loop.

+1 for Beast Switzerland.. I get that it’s a difficult time and many unexpected delays can happen. But honestly I don’t get it. Beast arrived at your warehouse around late February to early March. We had the UK versions get shipped, next the EU versions , which arrived later than UK & ROW versions, and now they all are fully shipped while ours still sit in your stock since 6 months !?
Is there a problem with the Vindication shipment? Several friends got their copies 4 weeks ok, we are still waiting on our group pledge of 3 copies.
Beast pledges for Switzerland still not shipped? =(
