My Yazeba’s B&B is marked as shipped on Backerkit but hasn’t arrived and I don’t have any information. Is it possible to get an update please?

Fantastic to see these updates, and I’m looking forward to my package arriving. However, I’m a bit unsure about the Humblewood tales fulfillment. How do I know if I’m wave 1 or wave 2? Do you know? Or is it a “wait and see”-situation?

How long does it normally take to respond to a ticket? It’s been a full week now that your carrier has responded to both you and I that my package has been lost and all I see is “being processed” on my ticket.. I know you’re doing your best but it’s not fun to be left in the blue for so long considering the value of these games..
