Also regarding Mosaic. I already contacted you on Twitter and got a response. I still wanted to post here, because quite a lot of people seem affected by the delays, at least according to the forums.
There have been two KS campaigns for Mosaic, and a lot of backers from the first campaign (2021) are still waiting for their English language edition copies. You have communicated on your blog that this project has been fully dispatched for some time now. Yet, I havn‘t heard from a single German, French or Spanish backer to have received their game yet.
-Were there any backers from these countries on the shipping list provided by the publisher?
-Will tracking information be provided for these deliveries and if so, can we assume by now everyone should have gotten theirs?
No notification either, I’m in Serbia.
I also wanted to ask about Europa Universalis. I haven’t received a confirmation email or dispatch notification, I backed during the campaign. (I live in Israel)
Why does Europa Universalis no longer appear? I know that orders placed after the end of the kickstarter campaign will take a little longer, but what do you expect in terms of timing? (I live in Switzerland).
