UK & ROW Fulfilment Update - 7th November
Greetings one and all, and welcome back to the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update! Thank you for finding us for another installment of the UK & ROW Fulfilment Update.
Monster Fight Club:
Greetings backers for Cyberpunk and Borderlands. We are aware that there has been some confusion caused regarding the fulfilment timeline, and tracking details.
Tracking: If you are a backer that has previously received a delivery notification via the courier, please note that this is a pre-alert. The pre-alert indicates that a service has been selected for your delivery and does not reflect that your order has been dispatched. We understand how the pre-alert has caused confusion on this occasion and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Backers will receive an email from GamesQuest once their orders have been dispatched, and tracking should begin to update within 48 hours. We hope this helps clear any confusion caused by the tracking on this occasion.
Borderlands®: Mister Torgue's Arena of Badassery™: Fulfilment is now underway. If you are a backer, you will have now received a dispatch email, or will receive one shortly.
Cyberpunk Red: Combat Zone: We understand that there are many eager backers waiting to receive their copies. Our team are working to ensure that fulfilment starts as soon as possible, once the fulfilment of Borderlands®: Mister Torgue's Arena of Badassery™ is complete.
Cyberpunk Red: Combat Zone is still currently in Project Data Analysis. We understand the frustration caused due to the amount of time Cyberpunk has spent at this stage. This has been due to necessary amendments required for the data to be finalised, and we have been collaborating with the publisher to rectify the data. For full transparency, the data is now complete, and we finalising the packing configuration. Once complete, the packaging will then be sent to the publisher for approval.
We expect Cyberpunk Red to be in Final Admin Checks shortly and will continue to provide further updates when needed.
Hit Point Press:
A number of backers who are now receiving their orders will notice that in some cases, items are missing from their shipment. Please note: The missing items will not be listed on the invoice that is included in the shipment; however, GamesQuest has a log of the orders which were affected.
We are currently processing new orders to create a second shipment for backers who are missing items, so there is no need to reach out and confirm at this time.
Once the second shipment is underway, backers will receive a new dispatch email with tracking details. Please note: If you have not yet received a shipping notification via GamesQuest, your order has not been affected.

Hi Miles. Sorry to have misunderstood your question there! But yes, we can clarify that we have not sent any orders out to either backers or retailers regarding the orders we are fulfilling. When fulfilling orders we always fulfil backers first, followed by retailers, and we are sorry to hear that there are reports of retailers already selling the game, ahead of backers receiving their copy.
We are now regularly publishing updates across our social media channels, in between the fulfilment blogs, and will post an Unfair update once fulfilment has started to keep backers up to date as much as possible!

Hello Samuel! Thanks for leaving a comment this week. The Dark Tower fulfilment is near completion. However, we are expecting some remaining orders to be shipped out at the beginning of next week. We think you may have previously received a pre-alert which we know is causing a lot of confusion with backers.
This is sent directly from the carrier. The pre-alert indicates that a service has been selected for your delivery and does not reflect that your order has been dispatched. Backers will receive an email from GamesQuest once their orders have been dispatched, and tracking should begin to update within 48 hours.
As fulfilment is still underway, not all backers have received their tracking details/dispatch notification yet from us. However, if you do any any further concerns about your order, please feel free to drop us a message on our Facebook page @gamesquest and we will be able to help further :)

Apparently you don’t have anything to do with Unfair Retail, so I retract my question and apologise for thinking it was you fulfilling early to retailers.
Fingers crossed unfair finally moves into fulfillment next week though!!!
Hey, I know you are all busy pushing out orders, I’m waiting on Return to the dark tower and see a lot of people have received their copy. I had a email back in the middle of October and nothing since, do we have an update on this one? Hope I haven’t been missed 🫣
My question was more aimed at why retail has got Unfair before backers??
I give up tbh.
