Wow, how is it possible that even after more than two months storage fulfilment is still not underway for EU backers of Vampire chapters and why are UK backers more important than EU backers, which you are evidently deprioritising?
I have worked for a few years at Maersk and Damco, and currently work as management consultant, advising COO’s and CPO’s so I actually know a thing or two about your industry and efficient processes. Just some feedback how your handling of this particular project is received from my side: I have the impression that you almost completely failed to deliver in your service as a company. I will honestly be surprised when fulfilment will actually start fir real – probably sometime in July or August. As a result I won’t back projects that have you as fulfillmentpartner anymore because I will fear for my backed product, to be taken hostage. Retail will most likely outperform you all the way anyways, so retail appears to be the more reasonable choice in the end.
What could you improve? Likely take on less projects or plan according to your capabilities and/or increase prices to deliver a service on which you, as backers, can be proud of, instead of being annoyed be the bad performance, when its called out.
