Greetings to one and all, and welcome back to another year of the GamesQuest crowdfunding fulfilment update!

Red Sea Update:
We would like to bring your attention to an important update regarding shipping routes in the Red Sea/Suez Canal. Due to the recent attacks, shipping containers are being rerouted via the Cape of Good Hope until further notice.
We are closely monitoring the situation and the potential impact it may have on our fulfilment schedule at a later date. As always, we will continue to provide further updates when necessary.

Hi, I was wondering if you had any visibility of when the miniac order will ship? I’m about to move house (unexpectedly) so not sure if I need to update my delivery address? Any help really appreciated!
Also my package is on status “Advised” for some time now. I contacted Parcelforce and this is what they say:
I have looked into this item and can see no record of this ever being collected. Please can you provide proof of collection, along with a copy of the invoice so that we can raise an investigation with the depot. This will need to be provided by the sender.
Since I’m not the sender; can you provide this information or check where the package is?
Hello Alex! Thank you for leaving a comment. Many of us here at GamesQuest are backers, so we completely understand the excitement of waiting for an order. Fuflilment is now underway. Due to the size of the project, we do not currently have a completion date.
What we will do is look at getting a fulfilment update out possibly next week to help keep backers up to date with how we are progressing :)
As for couriers, we will be using Lankmark, which will then be transferred over to a local courier for the final mile.

Hello Denise and Ronny! Thanks for leaving a comment this week! If the tracking email was sent via the courier, this is a pre-alert that represents that the service has been booked. Once your order has been dispatched and scanned into the couriers system, you will receive a notification email from us which better reflects the status of your order.
We understand how this can cause confusion. Same here, waiting since 8th of January. The address in the parcelforce email I got was missing „Germany“ in my address. Not sure if they know where to send it without the country ?!
