Red Sea Update:
We would like to bring your attention to an important update regarding shipping routes in the Red Sea/Suez Canal. Due to the recent attacks, shipping containers are being rerouted via the Cape of Good Hope until further notice.
We are closely monitoring the situation and the potential impact it may have on our fulfilment schedule at a later date. As always, we will continue to provide further updates when necessary.

Hello,
I just wanted to know if you have any estimate on when Unsettled will be shipped to Austria? I have not received a tracking mail yet, and I was just wondering if there Is a date until when it will be shipped the latest? I’m not wanting to sound impatient, I’m just very excited to finally get my hands on that game, since I’ve been basically waiting for it for 2 years now after unfortunately missing the first time it came out back then. Very happy that it hopefully won’t take long anymore! Thanks! Also, I was curious about which parcel service will you be using? I was hoping for UPS, since I have had the best experiences with them, while I had bad experiences with some other companies/services.

I received a tracking mail for Unsettled on Jan 9th but the tracking status is still on „Advised". Just wondering how long it usually takes between label creation and pickup. Thanks
