Hello Manuel!
Retail orders are fulfilled once orders to backers are completed. Backer orders are now nearly fully dispatched, which means retail orders will begin to be picked and packed shortly. Due to the size of certain retail orders, we are unable to provide a completion timeframe. However, once dispatched, retailers will receive a dispatch email that will notify them of the expected delivery.

Hi folks, when can I expect the fulfillment of retail orders for Vindication?
I ordered it 3 months ago and even my retail shop does not know when they will get their orders.
I know you will process these orders when all backers have their games, but can you estimate when you will start the fulfillment of retail orders (weeks/months)?

Thanks for leaving a comment this week. Fulfilment is still on-going for Vampire: The Masquerade – CHAPTERS. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. We are currently unable to provide an estimate on when all orders will be dispatched, but the team are working incredibly hard, and orders for the English language version are being dispatched daily. Just keep an eye out for an email from us in the meantime!
