We're sorry to say that GamesQuestions wont be returning for the foreseeable future. We will attempt to answer the comments and questions in the comments section below.

Customer Service Update:
We are currently receiving a high number of support tickets. Our team is working incredibly hard to guarantee that all customer inquiries are answered. The current response time is now 18 working days. We would like to apologies the delay and for any inconvenience caused.

Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduced its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.

The Isofarian Guard
Fulfilment for The Isofarian Guard is still currently on-going. We apologise for the technical error that occurred on the 15th May, where backers received a dispatch email that contained an incorrect tracking link. Backers for The Isofarian Guard will have now received an additional email with the correct tracking information.

Great to hear League of Dungeoneers is approaching start of dispatch. It’s been frustrating watching so many others elsewhere in the world enjoying the game for weeks already….

Hey Nick,

Thank you for the message bud, we certainly seem to be getting some stick lately. We get it, theres been a lot of big and fiddly projects just now, and us board gamers are a passionate bunch to say the least! We really appreciate messages like this my friend, and we’ll be sure to let the our packing team now everything arrived safe and sound.

Happy gaming!

Hi GamesQuest! I know you’ve been under the cosh a bit lately, so I just wanted to say thanks for getting out my games, all in perfect condition. I’ve had four big projects delivered by you guys in the last few weeks/months. It’s felt slightly overwhelming just to unpack and sort/store them all, so I can’t even imagine how much goes into delivering thousands of the buggers. Cheers!

Hi there Jesse,

We’re not entirely sure where we gave a mid June start date, though we apologise if this is something we’ve put out in a previous blog post in error.

A mid June start date was hoped for by our publisher partner, however we communicated that this was unlikely to happen due to projects coming before it on the fulfilment schedule.

There are actually still some components being shipped to the Australian hub, and we are optimistic that the current targeted start date of the first week of July will be achievable for our AUS hub.

Thanks for the comment, we are sorry things haven’t moved as quickly as you would have liked.

Can you guys please get a move on with fulfilment of Sorcery: Contested Realm in Australia and New Zealand? You had the product in your Australian warehouse from early May. You gave an estimate of mid June to start fulfilment in Australia. Now we’ve now heard that you won’t start even packaging until the week of 3 July? This is completely unacceptable. You can’t treat customers like this.
