Hi LR554. We have passed onto our fulfilment team to investigate that there have been reports of backers receiving their order without receiving their tracking information. Thank you for letting us know :)
As for fulfilment, the order in which orders are sent out vary per fulfilment. For Bad Karma we can confirm that the English and Welsh orders have now been dispatched with the Irish and Scottish now underway, which will be followed by the ROW orders. :)

Hi Miles. Thank you for leaving a comment. Wishland is currently clearing customs and was accidentally marked as “fulfilment underway.” We have now corrected this and added a note at the top of the blog. Sorry for the confusion.

Some UK backers have already received their copies of the bad karmas without a tracking number attached. How many of the UK orders have you sent out? Are you sending out RoW last? Is it alphabetical?
Hi, I see Wishland is being fulfilled, but I’ve not even had my address confirmation email yet. Please can you check everything is okay? :) Thank you.
Hi Jane. Sometimes Backerkit and Gamefound send out dispatch notifications when a shipment hasn’t been dispatched yet. If you have received an address confirmation email, then you were in wave 1, which has now been dispatched. You will also receive a notification email with tracking information once your shipment has been dispatched.
If you have not received this, then you will be in wave 2, which is currently still on its way to our warehouse. We will check with the team regarding the dispatch emails backers may have received from Backerkit in the meantime, and aim to post an update on the blog next week with any further information we may have.
