Hi,
Recently Wize Wizard has post on Star Realms Nova Kickstarter page they transfer stocks for complete last orders in EU (exactly 25th may).
Can we have more information than just “Fulfilment Underway” please ?

Thank you for the clarification, I had similar notifications on other projects fulfilled by your company in the past and I guessed it had to be a label printed in advance.
This specific question kept being asked on various Facebook groups, so a statement by you will surely help. :)
Hi Antoine, Jurand and VTM backers,
We are sorry for the concern caused by the notifications from Parcelforce (our carrier partner from the UK) and GLS (the local delivery company in your country) – please be assured that this is normal.
This happened because some carriers automatically send a notification to backers as soon as a shipment is booked in their system, which we do in advance of picking and packing items in order to speed up the process.
When your items are shipped from our warehouse you will receive a shipping notification email directly from ourselves with a link to the final tracking, so we would recommend that you keep an eye out for that as confirmation of when they are actually on their way.
We hope that makes things a little bit clearer?

As Antoine said, there is a huge confusion due to unchaning tracking status.
I have personally called GLS regarding the parcel to ask if there are any problems pending. They said that the shipment has not yet gone through UK customs, and that it is not yet being delivered.
Getting such information a week after receiving an email that it will be dispatched on June 6th was a bit disappointing. And I fully understand the overload of shipments, for example, but just not knowing what’s happening is what triggers the frustration and impatience.

I think many EU backers are concerned because they received a tracking number on June 6th that has never updated since then.
I guess this just means those parcels haven’t been picked up yet, but if you clarify on that, I think many comments will ease up.
