Customer Service Update:
We are currently receiving a high number of support tickets. Our team is working incredibly hard to guarantee that all customer inquiries are answered. The current response time is now 18 working days. We would like to apologies the delay and for any inconvenience caused.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduced its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.
The Isofarian Guard
Vampire: The Masquerade - CHAPTERS
We are also aware of the recent misunderstanding that arose when it was reported in this week's episode of GamesQuestions that work on the packaging for Vampire: The Masquerade was still in progress as opposed to the previous week, when it was indicated that the packaging had already been approved. This was a communication error and apologies for the confusion caused. Vampire: The Masquerade is still categorised as Project Data Analysis whilst we make the necessary amendments to the packaging.
As we constantly strive to be as transparent as possible, we will continue to offer updates. We recognise the inconvenience and frustration that delays may bring. However, we would like to remind backers to be kind when interacting with staff members.
With that said, let’s get to it…

@Matt – yeah man, I really didn’t mean to say anything about Brexit at all except to say that Gamesquest can’t even use that as an excuse for VtM since they’re not capable of even delivering to the UK in any remotely reasonable time frame. I get packages sitting for a week or two as you move through other projects, but 2 months? I really honestly want to know exactly what the delay is, otherwise, I have to assume it’s just incompetence.
Well said sir, well said!
GamesQuest is at fault here, and I do hope that they pick up their slack. This is incredibly aggravating!
@Daniel, we’re in agreement!
My original post was just to highlight my appreciation that this is an epic sized game, and potentially mixed with other struggles. However this whole operation has been woefully handled.
Downtime, both during production and travel from China should have been used to prep for this. But, if something arose, out of GQs hands, then they need to be upfront, and honest. If they bit off more than they can chew, they need to be upfront and honest and not hide behind these ‘updates’ and their babble language.
I, like all of us, have been very patient, but that time has passed, we now deserve honesty
There’s just no excuse! Logistics should have anticipated and prepared for almost ANY contingency. of course no one can prepare for everything but this? this is beyond justifiable! We know this is a massive project with a large number of SKU’s, we know that there are issues with shipping, but as has been said before, they KNEW what they were getting themselves into when they accepted the job, and most importantly THEY KNEW the ships would arrive AFTER chinese new year, which by their own admission is one of the busiest times of the year, and as such accomodations should have been made! Do I own or operate in logistics? no I do not. I am merely speaking from a backer POV, but I cannot simply imagine what its like to have a project sitting in shelves for 7 weeks (well, might as well call it 8) while arranging packaging?! Surely most of the time the project was idle! and that is NOT acceptable for ANY distributor!
@Everyone. I just meant that export/import rules have changed, and can impact deliveries (something I’ve run into a few times with importing work supplies from Germany). Maybe they don’t want to release games to the UK and the EU at the same time.
Of course we can’t tell what their timescale or justifications are, because they won’t mention them, opting for vague arbitrary comments about data analysis.
(Apologies I hadn’t made that more clear, I’m not a ‘blame Brexit for the everything including the weather’ type)
