EU Fulfilment Update - 23rd May

Customer Service Update:
We are currently receiving a high number of support tickets. Our team is working incredibly hard to guarantee that all customer inquiries are answered. The current response time is now 18 working days. We would like to apologies the delay and for any inconvenience caused.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduced its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.

Vampire: The Masquerade - CHAPTERS
We are also aware of the recent misunderstanding that arose when it was reported in this week's episode of GamesQuestions that work on the packaging for Vampire: The Masquerade was still in progress as opposed to the previous week, when it was indicated that the packaging had already been approved. This was a communication error and apologies for the confusion caused. Vampire: The Masquerade is still categorised as Project Data Analysis whilst we make the necessary amendments to the packaging.
As we constantly strive to be as transparent as possible, we will continue to offer updates. We recognise the inconvenience and frustration that delays may bring. However, we would like to remind backers to be kind when interacting with staff members.

This company should be one google- 1star reviewed into oblivion… This is simply refusal to work…
You guys should know what is happening and which projects are in the pipeline! Like a previous commentor said: You KNEW a ship is on its way and could have figured out something for a LONG time!
Left to hope that no other kickstarter dares to use this company in the future… just wow…

This is not transparency, this is the use of corporate lingo to poetically ‘masquerade’ the truth.
You have been paid to perform a task, that being the logistics of moving a large consignment. Whilst I appreciate this game is mammoth in size, and includes travelling from UK to the EU post-brexit, however this should not have been a surprise to you, you could have worked on the logistics in the length of time the slow boat from China took to get to the UK.
You say that this process is going to ‘begin’ after you’ve completed your previous fulfilment, fine. But we want a rough time estimate, I think it’s only fair to the scores of backer’s YOU have let down (repeatedly)
So there really isn’t any update on VtM is there?! This is just insane how mismanaged this fulfilment is. 7 weeks at the least awaiting shipping and STILL in the packaging phase?! how ?! how do you justify this to the KS backers and to Flyos themselves, since they seem to be taking most of the flak on this one??
Australia already has started receiving their pledges, same as with the US, and we are still packaging?! c’mon! I’m with the previous commenter here, knowing full well that no reply will be sent!
You say CHAPTERS is placed behind Vindication now, fine…
Why is it not possible to give estimated dates here? How long does it take from this moment on?
Whats the status?? You obviously work in logistics, so you should have estimations on hand as logistics is about planning (i know, i work in logistics as well…)
So please give out some times and dates here. Thanks, appreciate it fully knowing there wont be an answer <3
